- What is it like?
We're an easy-going, imperfect bunch of folks who love coming together in a relaxed atmosphere to grow closer to God. You don't have to be a Christian to attend, and we won't pressure you to participate. Although we do invite regular attenders to give, no one will shake you down to give money. Come check it out for yourself & we think you'll find a place where you discover that you belong and you are loved.
- What about my kids?
We love people of all ages and believe God has a special place in His heart for each person. So, we have minstries for each age group on Sundays... including a nursery for newborns to 3 years old and Kidztown services for 4 & 5 year olds as well as 6-11 year olds (after the worship portion of the adult service). On Wednesday evenings at 7PM, we have midweek Kids & Student ministry times also during the Adult Bible study & prayer time.
- Where do I park?
There is parking on both sides of the main church building, as well as between the main building and the Family Life Center behind it. Feel free to park anywhere & enter the side or front entrances of the main building. From there, our team will be glad to direct you to wherever you want to go.
- What do I wear?
Dress as you feel comfortable. We don't put an emphasis on some particular type of clothing. Again, we're fairly relaxed around here.
- What are the services like?
Sunday services typically last around an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Service usually begins with an upbeat song, followed by the Lead Pastor or someone else welcoming everyone & sharing some announcements. (For the record, we will not point you out as a guest or embarrass you. No standing up or anything like that.) Then, we sing a few more worship songs focusing our attention on God, and one of our leaders prays for needs that people have turned in on cards available in the lobby. Finally, there is usually a message of hope and encouragement shared by our Lead Pastor, one of our leaders or a guest speaker. The message typically concludes with an opportunity for people to respond as they feel comfortable. No one will twist your arm... because those are personal responses & everyone is focused on their own response at the moment.
- How can I get connected?
When you come in, someone will greet you & probably invite you to fill out a guest card. Don't worry... no one will show up at your house uninvited or anything like that. We will simply text, email or call you one time to tell you thank you for your visit, invite you back again & see if you would like any further connection. By the way, when you turn in the card, we have a simple thank you gift as our way of letting you know we appreciate getting to know you & worship with you.
